We are located in a quiet, safe, family-oriented upscale neighborhood.We offer a beautiful, clean, and serene home space for your comfort in Surrey, BC. Centrally located to Delta, Cloverdale, South Surrey, Cloverdale, White Rock, and langley. The closest bus stop is conveniently located and is 4 min a walk from our home. There are a variety of grocery stores, cafés, trendy restaurants, libraries, schools, rec centers, local parks, and hiking trails within the neighborhood. Bus #342 takes you to Guildford exchange or Newton exchange and there are numerous transport options from these two exchanges. You can also take Bus #342 to Surrey Central Skytrain Station from here to get to Downtown Vancouver or to the universities located in Vancouver. We are a warm, friendly, and hospitable couple who have grown up here for the past 48 years and were raised by pioneer families who have contributed to the multiculture of Vancouver's Community.
