I would be glad to welcome you in the second bedroom (with a REAl and FUll single- size bed) and private bathroom of my apartment (2 bedrooms in total; I live in the other bedroom), located in Aventura, between Miami and Fort lauderdale; ONlY a 15 minute walk from Aventura Mall shops and restaurants and a 5 minute Uber drive from the beach. This is a single bed bedroom with a large closet and blackout shades. There is a private bathroom next to it. We would share the living room and kitchen. The apartment offers impressive 20-foot ceilings. This bedroom is available for stays between 2 to 90 days and for ONE gracious, tidy and peaceful lady (female only). Non-smoking. No couples, No overnight guests or parties. let's share a peaceful, tidy, positive and respectful living environment. The building is very pleasant and offers two large pools, a gym and is located close to food/grocery store, hair salon, cafes, a park, a very nice waterfront walking path and the famous Aventura Mall shopping center. It is a 5-minute ride to/from the beach. Please note that for stays shorter than 3 months, the total rent will have to be paid upfront + half a month of security deposit (reimbursed at the end). Also, 50% of the total rent will be due at the time of booking, the rest/balance on the day of arrival. A local free Aventura bus stops in front of the building and the Freebee app allows to order a car ride for free if the ride takes place in Aventura. Also the Brightline train station in Aventura connects to downtown Miami in 18 minutes and to Downtown Fort lauderdale in 15 minutes.
