Come check out this room for rent! located just 1.5 miles from YVCC, just off of W Nob Hill and within walking distance of Emil Kissel Park, this house features a spacious shared living area, parking in the driveway, and an East-facing concrete patio facing a private park, perfect for enjoying an afternoon outside. Furnishings include a bed (twin size) with mattress, a bedside table and lamp, a dresser, and a TV with antenna hookup, along with a sliding door closet. Home is protected by an alarmed security system, and the bedroom features a locking doorknob with keyed entry. WiFi, utilities, and driveway parking is included. *FEMAlES ONlY* I'm the homeowner! I'm 30-years-old, and I'm new to the Yakima area, but I love it already and am looking forward to putting down my roots here!
