Beautiful condo, in a small complex with pool and putting green, located in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and only 1.2 miles from beach! I am in my early 60syr old, English speaking, active, professional woman that works ans HR Director. and share the condo with Gracie, my friendly 11 yr old, 25lb dog. I have a furnished guest bedroom/bathroom available to rent to female (no men or couples) preferably around my age, that is also active and eats healthy (I work hard at this I grew up in New Orleans which is known for their amazing but not "healthy" food). I prefer 30 day stay or more but will consider minimum two weeks. The condo is 2/2 with kitchen, large living/dining combination room.
