We are a quiet, working middle-aged couple. Our children moved out of the house and we have a spare room available. The room was painted in October 2022 and the bed, the mattress, and the duvets are brand new. There is a desk, a new chair, and good WiFi. Big bathroom. Rear garden facing window, lots of natural light.10-minute walk to Aldi or SuperValue and the bus stop to Galway. It's a 40-minute drive to Galway. We have two indoor cats and an old springer spaniel - the tenant can't have any pet allergies. We don't smoke and don't accept smoking in our house. Room is available from .
