A PRIVATE ROOM IN A 3-BEDROOM DUPlEX, 2 BlOCKS FROM EXPRESS TRAINS 2 AND 5, THAT WIll TAKE YOU TO MANHATTAN AND BEYOND. SAINT MARY'S PARK, WITH TENNIS COURTS AND A RUNNING TRACK, IS IN 2 BlOCKS. All COMMON AREAS ARE SHARED. NOTE 1. There are 3 blink cameras on the stairways of each floor and entrance. NOTE 2. A bookings must be no less than 30 days. NOTE 3. Guest must state the reason for staying in the area and New York. NOTE 4: Guest must pay 25% of the entire stay within 48 hours of booking. NOTE 5.
