We are a welcoming couple who are retired and we have one room available for a homestay. We have one indoor cat who is very friendly. We are looking for students who are looking for a nice quiet home. We speak Spanish, English and Portugese (and a little German). We are very close to Douglas College and the lafarge skytrain station (walking distance) and a bus stop that is only 1 minute away walking. The mall and grocery store is nearby, as well as a public pool, a public park, and many walking areas. Downtown Vancouver is only 45 minutes away by skytrain! We do not tolerate the use of drugs or smoking inside our home.
