Our cozy suite is just waiting for you to enjoy! $1300CAD/month includes both bedrooms, as we will only rent to one booking at a time (ideal for 2 people sharing the suite!) Airy and bright (but featuring black-out blinds in the bedrooms!) this is the perfect home base! You will be located in West Edmonton just minutes from the famous West Edmonton Mall for all your shopping excursions, Rogers Place to enjoy Canada's favourite sport - hockey!, and the river valley trail network to go for walks or bike rides along the river and through lush inner-city forests! Just 5 minutes from the major shopping centres on 170 St, you'll be able to find all you need for your stay! If you're here in the summer, you're across the street from a public outdoor pool + 45 minutes to the beautiful Wabamun lake beaches! There's also a bus stop at the end of the street for you to use city transit if you'd like. You will be staying in one of the two bedrooms in our fully-furnished, newly renovated basement suite with a private side entrance. Both bedrooms have a Queen size bed! In the suite there is also a laundry machine and dryer, a full kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher, as well as a full bathroom, dining area and living room with a TV! My wife and I and our son live in the main house and are very much looking forward to meeting you! We have done quite a bit of travelling and enjoy learning about culture, language and food! When you arrive, you will notice that much of the art on the walls is from our travels around the world! We love to cook and bake, go for bike rides and walks, downhill and cross-country ski, and enjoy meals with new and longtime friends!
