Hi, I'm renting a fully furnished spare room and bath in my 2bed/2ba apartment that feels more like a home. light and airy facing a lovely tree lined street, its the best apt in the building and being on the 2nd floor feels safe and secure. Its a very short walk to restaurants, bars, stores, gyms, mall and cinemas. Centrally located only 8 mins to Burbank airport and 5 mins to the train station but still in a quiet neighborhood. The bedroom is a really good size - oversized - i believe it's roughly 14*13 and has an oversized mirrored closet. Your bathroom is right across the hall from your bedroom door. The building has a laundry on site. You also get an underground gated parking space.
