I am an artist, living in a 3 bedroomed house with one of the rooms being my workshop. I have a large spare back bedroom that I generally let out to female international students on a shared kitchen and bathroom basis. Only really suitable for one person at a time as I only have one bathroom. The room is light and airy and looks out over the back garden. Furnishings include a desk and office chair, bed, rocking chair, clothes hanging rail, shelves and storage chest for non hanging clothes. The house is on direct bus route to town which is about 15 mins bus ride or half hour walk. The Nottingham Trent University city campus is in town. Nice quiet area, good for studying and convenient for town. Bathroom consists of separate shower cubicle, bath , toilet sink over vanity unit. laundry facilities and front door key provided.
