This is a 3rd Fl quiet, clean, & no-smoking unit in a quiet, no-smoking seven units building w/no parking & no elevator. There are bus and metro stations, within five min walk, to the airport and entire Tehran & suburbs. I live in the unit, and will make sure you have a comfortable and safe stay here.
