***Our home is your home while you are here... - 5 minute bus to the Pioneer Village subway or a 20-minute walk to the Pioneer Village subway. - To York University - By bus is 10 mins, walking is 15 mins, bike, and car is 5 mins. - 30-minute drive to downtown Toronto. - Near supermarkets and small eateries. -Many guests extended their stays and come back again. WHAT WE PROVIDE: We offer free WiFi to our guests and laundry. Our house will be stocked with most of what you need for your stay. Bring your clothes and your toiletries, and just about anything else you need will be here! Items we provide include: All bedding (linens, blankets, pillows) Iron, Ironing board, Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body soap, Hand soap, Hair dryer FOOD: Food is NOT included. KITCHEN USE: You are welcome to use the kitchen to prepare your food. We will give a designated place for you to keep your stuff. Our kitchen comes fully equipped with the basics to cook and enjoy most meals. This includes: Salt and pepper, Pots and pans, Glasses, Mugs, Silverware, Dishes, Kettle, Toaster We also provide a starter supply of the following items: laundry machines, laundry detergent, Dishwasher detergent, Toilet paper, Paper towels, Trash bags. HEATING AND COOlING: Heating: We have central heating throughout the house. If your room is cold we can provide an extra portable heater. HOST: Hello, I am Michelle and I help my mother to host Homestay, she is retired and her children have all grown up. My brother lives with her to help her out and we have three extra bedrooms to host visitors for short-term and long-term stay periods in the cute and cozy home.

Michelle was a great host. I stayed there nearly three months and there was not any single problem ocurred. The room was very spacious and clean. Eveything you need is present at the home. It is walking distance to the York University and subway station. Neighbourhood is also clean and secure. You can walk to and from the campus and subway any time at the night. More than I expected! I could not say goodbye to you because of my flight was so early in the morning forgive me :)

I stayed in one of the rooms for about 4 months for an exchange to YorkU and I absolutely loved it! The host is an amazing and super kind woman, you immediately feel at home with her.100% recommend it to anyone who's staying in Toronto!

We had the greatest experience in this house, the room was spacious and so clean. The owner provided us everything needed. We stayed there for 10 nights, and I would definitely recommend it to everyone. It is so close to York University too, so You can walk a few minutes to get there.

My experience with this homestay was AWESOME. Michelle, Mummy and her family are very kind, friendly, respectful, and generous people. They helped me with every question and made me feel like I had never left my home. Whether you are a student or a tourist, the place is perfect because it's located in a quiet neighborhood with many parks, stores, restaurants and easy access to public transportation. My room was big, quiet, bright and very clean. All amenities like a bathroom and kitchen are also very clean and always maintained. Overall, I would recommend this homestay to everyone. Thank you Michelle and Mummy for making my stay perfect. I wish you and your family all the best.
