Cozy, eclectic main level apartment in a war-era bungalow. located on a quiet street in a tree lined neighborhood, close to all conveniences (buses, parks, grocery stores, green space). living space contains ensuite washer and dryer, modern kitchen appliances, air conditioning and heating available, lots of indoor green, and simple furnishing. Pet friendly home (MUST BE COMFY with very engaging animals on site), and non-smoking indoors. While this is a lGBTQ friendly home, it is also an apolitical space welcome to people of diverse perspectives (conservative, liberal, centrist), cultural, religious, spiritual, social backgrounds, and affiliations. MUST BE POlITE and conscientious. Socializing is not required from guest, but general politeness and friendliness while sharing the space is requested. General house safety is also important and being respectful of others space, property and items.

David was a wonderful host, I will miss staying at the property with him, the conversations and his beautiful dogs. David makes you feel welcome, at home and overall really made my experience a great one. I would recommend. His space is kind and calming.

David sets up a nice and cozy home for guests to stay. I enjoyed staying my time here and chatted with him about the local cultures. There are 2 lovely dogs to stay with guests. What a nice experience to have my first stay here

David was incredible as a host, but more than host he was a friend for me! I love him and his pets too. David has a clean house, he is always in touch for everything you need, he is conversational and at the same time he respects your privacy. It was a home for me, I'm grateful with him, I'm going to miss him so much. I hope return one day. I highly recommend him as a host

This is the first time I stayed in Toronto and it could not have been better. David really made me feel comfortable. Helped me a lot and the place is amazing. It is close to a few good food joints, grocery stores and it is easy to commute to downtown with TTC.

I stayed for 2 months at David's house. I felt welcomed by him and his two docile dogs (wonderful). The house is complete and super cozy. I definitely recommend this house to travelers who want to study, work or meet Toronto.

Excellent homestay option, the best host David, a kind, cheerful person and always helping those who need it most, his pets are polite and the space is nice, clean and enough for a couple, my husband and I, pregnant, enjoyed the stay, the accommodation has fulfilled everything that it sells and publishes (services, comfort, cleanliness, real photographs and descriptions).
