My name is Sean and I am happy to have you at my home. I am a native English speaker, but also speak Spanish and Portuguese fluently. I enjoy travelling, learning new languages and meeting people from different countries. I also live 2 blocks from Green Timbers park, which is a beautiful park with a lake. My apartment is 1 block from Guildford mall, Walmart and Guildford movie theatre and 2 blocks from T & T market. I am also close to transportation and the Skytrain. My apartment is available for both short term and long-term stays.

Nice, clean place in a quiet neighborhood. We literally had the place to ourselves since Sean was out a lot. The room was cozy enough for 2. It was exactly as shown in the photo. Sean was such a gracious host. If ever we will need to be in Surrey (in the Guildford area specifically) in the future, we will definitely consider staying at Sean’s homestay again.
