This centrally located townhome lies within-in a green, peaceful, safe and desirable neighborhood in San Antonio, TX, with the Methodist Hospital of Stone Oak located at 4.8 miles distance, and many options in restaurants, grocery shopping, gas station, and main highways with-in less than 1/4 mile radius. A brand new king mattress has been purchased for the master bedroom and 2 brand new Xl twin mattresses have been placed in bedroom #2. The 12 twin mattresses can be placed together ( with a bridge) to become a king size bed if desired. Master has a walk-in closet, shower and laundry is also walk-in. A new air-fryer stove, new microwave and new sofa-bed sleeper with a queen bed in the TV room is available for guests. TV room has a brand new 65 smart TV with Alexa, Roku and Netflix included. This fully-furnished town has been created with love and care to ensure you are in a comfortable, home-like environment hoping not wanting to leave anytime soon. HOA, water, light, and internet services are included with the rent. Small dogs and/or cats are welcome. (15 lbs max)
