Hi! I have a charming, small house (built 1914) with a huge fenced backyard, a front yard, and a side yard with many visiting birds and squirrels. I share it with my 10-year-old who declines to use the room I meant for her because she prefers to share mine. This leaves it for you if you want it! I also have a 21-year-old son who has a finished basement room he uses on holiday breaks from college. My house is two blocks from the MAX train station and a 10-minute drive/20-minute bike ride to downtown. lots of parking available, as my street is a dead-end (so very quiet). It's a ride/walk from N. Mississippi Avenue, which is very popular for its restaurants, shops, and bars. The Oregon Coast is an hour, 30 mins away one direction. Hood River is an hour the other. Hiking areas are a 15-minute drive away. I have a rowing machine you are welcome to use for exercise. We speak English and Spanish and love to travel. The bed, new as of May 2023, has a Twin Escape 500 Bedtech cooling gel mattress. No smokers, please.
