We are a culturally interested and nature-loving family of teachers with two children (16 and 19 years old). Since our daughter is now studying, we are renting out her domicile: The open-plan room with sleeping and living area, a shared kitchen and shared bathroom is located in the newly renovated sandstone house. You only share the bathroom with our son, who still goes to school and lives on the top floor. I use a separate walk-through room with a staircase as a private study (library). We live in the house next door, but we can usually always be contacted directly via the shared garden and the adjoining barn, which my husband uses as a hobby workshop. We have three outdoor cats, but only one visits the brownstone.
