We are offered the breakfast service and it has dinner at the request of the guest. We offer laundry service. We locate ourselves in a quiet area and residential area, near of any place of the city: Walking: only 15 minutes of Preserve, a; 15 minutes of University of Havana where there are Spanish courses and they take place (every month); 10 minutes of the Square of the Revolution and the National Theater; 10 minutes(only 6 blockos) of the National Terminal of Bus (the station of the main bus) and from 22 March 2019 will be the Viazul station too; 35 minutes of Old Havana. The house possesses rooms to produce, two independent of the same one and another inside the house. The rooms have good comfort and comforts. The house is located in a central Avenue and a calm and sure neighborhood.
