Fantastic family. They are looking for females who speak English (OK if it’s a second language). They are relaxed and open, although it’s clearly expected that you behave yourself. You will be invited to family get-togethers, where everyone will be very, very nice to you. They introduced me to Cacique—the national (alcoholic) drink. The house is comfortable and it is safe and clean. Lots of green space. Laundry is easy to do in-house. The bus stop is around the corner. Generally, plan on cooking or going out (ordering delivery works too). When I was offered food, it was excellent. The family will go out of their way to help you. These are really generous, welcoming people.
