Playas del Este , Guanabo, is 25 minutes drive from Downtown Havana , the Villa is built on two acres of land surrounded by gardens and fruit trees, a minute walk from a sandy virgin beach 7 kilometres long, that runs from Brisas del Mar , Guanabo, to Sta María del Mar. The Villa offers 5 comfortable independent bedrooms with independent doors and bathrooms , A spacious comfortable dining room for 8 to 10 guests , extensive terraces for relaxation with tables and chairs for 60 guests ,the Villa accommodates 13 guests comfortably, it has a spacious fully equipped kitchen for the guests to do their own cooking , All running with natural gas 24 hours , 1 oven , 8 burners , and a Barbecue . Cleaning staff. Gardener and a swimingpool keeper . The Villa also has its breezy Roofed Dance floor where you can play your own music. You can hear the waves from the ocean from the rooms and terraces., this installation operates with fresh drinking water in all its bedrooms , washrooms , and kitchens . The swimingpool is a wonderful 5 metres Circular 1,25 deep Oasis Swiming Pool , The Villa uses only purified drinking water , no uncomfortable sodium high water In any showers or bathroom in general at the property at all , what makes the Villa a very safe place to stay in every sense of the word. Victor ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, er möchte, dass sich der Tourist in seinem Haus wohl fühlt, das Haus war anhand der Beschreibung leicht zu finden und alle Fotos im Internet entsprechen der Realität, der Garten ist einfach wunderschön, die Innenräume waren im Allgemeinen alle sehr sauber, die Nutzung der Küche ist nicht für Besucher gedacht, wir hatten Zimmer C wegen der getrennten Betten gebucht, die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und wir konnten trotz Ohrstöpsel nicht schlafen, ohne Klimaanlage war es in kürzester Zeit sehr heiß und stickig im Zimmer und wir mussten es verlassen, so versuchten wir im Wohnzimmer auf dem Sofa etwas Schlaf zu finden, das Essen (Fisch, Reis, Gurkensalat und Mango) schmeckte sehr gut, der Preis von 12 Euro die Portion zum Frühstück und 20 Euro die Portion zum Mittag- oder Abendessen war sehr teuer, Víctor erklärte mir, dass es sich um rein natürliche/biologische Lebensmittel handelt, aber das sind astronomische Preise (20 € = 4000 cubanische Peso) diese Preise sind in Kuba auch für Bio-Produkte nicht zu rechtfertigen, Der Naturstrand ist in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen, er ist sehr voll mit Müll (Bierdosen, Glas, Autoreifen, Plastikmüll) Víctor erklärte, dass der Reinigungsdienst der Stadt jeden Tag kommen würde, es ist unmöglich dass diese Müllmenge in nur 1...2 Tagen angefallen ist, ACHTUNG!!!! sehr viele betrunkene Einheimische (wahrscheinlich vor allem am Wochenende), KEINE Wertsachen mit an den Strand nehmen, am Morgen nach der ersten Nacht sagten wir Victor, dass wir aus all diesen Gründen das Haus verlassen, er war hilfsbereit und bot uns ein anderes Zimmer an, aber hier gab es keine Möglichkeit für getrennte Betten, Victor bot uns einen Rabatt auf Essen an... 18 Euro pro Ration, ich sagte ihm dass ich diesen Preis nicht zahlen kann, ich dachte: der Preis für das Zimmer ist für 2 Personen und die Preise für Essen sind auch für 2 Personen, es gab einen Kommunikationsfehler, Victor erklärte uns, dass es in einem 15-minütigen Spaziergang am Strand entlang in Richtung Guanabo die Möglichkeit gibt, in einem Paladar (örtliches Privatrestaurant) zu essen, der Ort Guanabo selbst mit anderen Restaurants und Geschäften ist nur mit einem längeren Spaziergang entlang der Via Blanca oder mit einem Transportmittel möglich, am Anreisetag waren keine Getränke verfügbar, auf Nachfrage an Victor bekamen wir sofort einen Topf Trinkwasser, wir beendeten den Aufenthalt nach einer Nacht, Victor war sehr zuvorkommend und kulant, wir bezahlten das Abendessen und bekamen gratis einen leckeren Mangosaft im Schatten des schönen Gartens um uns zu erfrischen ... Víctor es muy amable y servicial, quiere que el turista se sienta cómodo en su casa, la casa fue fácil de encontrar por la descripción y todas las fotos en Internet corresponden a la realidad, el jardín es simplemente hermoso, los interiores estaban muy limpios en general, el uso de la cocina no está destinado a los visitantes, reservamos la habitación C debido a las camas separadas, el aire acondicionado era muy ruidoso y no podíamos dormir a pesar de los tapones para los oídos, sin aire acondicionado se volvió muy caliente y sofocante en la habitación en muy poco tiempo y tuvimos que dejarla, así que intentamos en la sala en el sofá, la comida (pescado, arroz, ensalada de pepino y mango) sabía muy bien, el precio de 12 euros la ración para el desayuno y 20 euros la ración para el almuerzo o la cena era muy caro, Víctor me explicó que la comida es puramente natural/orgánica, pero estos son precios astronómicos (20 € = 4000 pesos cubanos) estos precios no se justifican en Cuba ni siquiera para productos orgánicos, la playa natural se puede llegar en pocos pasos, estába muy llena de basura (latas de cerveza, vidrios, llantas, basura plástica) Víctor explicó que el servicio de limpieza de la ciudad vendría todos los días a limpiar la playa, es imposible que se haya acumulado esta cantidad de basura en solo 1...2 días, ATENCIÓN!!!! muchos lugareños borrachos (probablemente sobre todo los fines de semana), NO llevar objetos de valor a la playa, por la mañana después de la primera noche le dijimos a Víctor que nos íbamos de la casa por todas estas razones, él fue servicial y nos ofreció otra habitación, pero aquí no había posibilidad de camas separadas, Víctor nos ofreció un descuento en la comida a 18 euros por ración, le dije que no puedo pagar ese precio, pensé: el precio de la habitación es para 2 personas y el precio de la comida también es para 2 personas, hubo un error de comunicación, Victor explicó a nosotros que en una caminata de 15 minutos por la playa hacia Guanabo existe la posibilidad de comer en un paladar (restaurante privado local), el lugar Guanabo en sí con otros restaurantes y tiendas solo es posible con una caminata más larga por Vía Blanca o con un medio de transporte, el día de llegada no había bebidas disponibles, a pedido de Víctor inmediatamente conseguimos agua potable, terminamos la estadía después de una noche, Víctor fue muy servicial y complaciente, pagamos la cena y obtuvimos un delicioso jugo de mango gratis a la sombra del hermoso jardín para refrescarnos ....
