I have two rooms, one with a private bathroom, where I can accommodate up to a couple with a child, or in the case of two students. At home my wife and I live, my children are studying abroad. The house is located in a complex, safe, pleasant, away from noise, with places to walk, there are grocery stores, hairdresser and gym. I have space for two cars. The house has hot water, laundry (iron), wifi (computer), and a cozy atmosphere, which can make use of social areas. It is located near the main bus lines that go to all terminals, via rapid exit to the north of the country (IBARRA) or to the Northwest (MITAD DEl MUNDO, MINDO). We have Shopping Centers nearby. I have two pets. Â Â
