Don't miss this excellent opportunity to live with a wonderful family in a gorgeous, high-end Richmond neighbourhood! You will have your own bedroom and en-suite (connected) bathroom. located in a great area, you will be very close to transit, shopping, parks and more. It's a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom renovated house with updated, high-end finishings throughout. The family: Mum is a school teacher with an 'early language learning' specialty and the Dad is a former Berlitz English teacher (Osaka/Tokyo, Japan). We have a beautiful 10 year old daughter, a very sweet 3 year old son and a newborn baby. We are looking for a kind, polite and clean student to live with us in Richmond as we moved into a bigger house and have some extra room to share. Smoking cigarettes, marijuana or vaping is not allowed because our landlord does not allow it and we have little children at home. We do not have pets. No overnight guests either as this is a family home.
