My house is modest, pretty and comfortable, a BedStuy Brownstone. Your space is a large bedroom at the front of the house overlooking the Sycamore tree lined block. The room is furnished with a twin bed, coffee table and chairs, TV and WiFi. There is an adjoining room with storage closets, mirrors and a desk. Your private bathroom is downstairs off the kitchen. The bathroom Is clean with good water pressure, hand soap, toilet paper and fresh towels. You will have limited use of the kitchen and laundry. light preparation and occasional cooking are ok, but my kitchen is simple and busy. You will have food storage space in the cabinets and refrigerator. I ask for some kitchen constraints: Please do not cook meat in my kitchen!! Please clean up after yourself. No laundry or cooking 9pm-7am I prefer long term guests and so offer discounts for longer bookings. Most of my guests are women coming to NYC for school or work. 3 cats live here. You can close them out of your rooms, as they will be curious, I hope that you will love them : ) Peace, Shawn
