Welcome to colonial house"Casa Dany y Carlos",where youÂ´ll feel yourself at home.Each guest will be warmly welcomed with a free Tropical cocktail. We are a friendly Cuban family who serve and help our guests to make the most of their time and enjoy Viñales. Our hostel is located in viñales main street,just a few meters away from the main turistic sites and pubs(Parque central,discoteca polo montañez,cubanacan travel agency and viazul bus stop is 100 meters away,the bank is 30 meters away). When we stayed at Dany, Dany was not there but here but her father in law was at the casa to welcome us and take care of us. Despite of him not speaking English, we had a wonderful time and he was extremely friendly. We had breakfast and lunch at the casa and it was absolutely delicious! The casa is located in the main street of Viñales, close to some nice restaurants and bars. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. We were told there would be wifi at the casa but we could not connect to it (that might have something to do with our poor technological skills,though.) But there is free wifi available at almost any near by bar. We would definitely recommend this casa in Viñales!!

Très bon séjour chez Dany : la casa était propre, nous avions une terrasse pour le petit déjeuner et un frigo à notre disposition. Dany et Carlos son mari ont été des hôtes très attentionnés. Nous avons beaucoup échangé avec Carlos et il nous a bien aidés quand notre amie qui occupait la chambre voisine a été hospitalisée. La casa était bien située et il nous a été possible de faire des balades à pied pour découvrir la campagne environnante qui est superbe. Merci à Dany et Carlos pour leur accueil. Casa à recommander.

Un séjour que nous n'oublierons pas par rapport au fait que nous avons du nous rendre a l'hôpital pour cause d'amibes. Carlos a été d'une prévoyance exceptionnelle pour nous aider. Nous le remercions chaleureusement. Le logement est conforme aux descriptions et photos, confortable, situé au plus prêt de tout, parfois trop (je parle des bars ouverts tardivement et un peu bruyant. Ne pas oublier les boules auriculaires). Il y a aussi à s'accommoder avec la basse-cour avoisinante. Petit déjeuner copieux avec des sandwichs que nous emportions pour le pic-nic de midi. Carlos nous a commandé un guide pour une rando de 3 heures, pour 15CUC/pers (nous nous attendions a 10, selon le routard mais bon, nous n'avons pas discuté non plus). Au cours de cette rando nous sommes allés a un centre touristique local qui nous explique la fabrication du café et d'autres trucs en 10 minutes. A la fin nous sommes invités a déguster un petit verre a base de rhum : 4CUC!. Et bien sur, le guitariste entonne Guantanameeeeeeeerra..., puis passe le chapeau. Reculent devant rien! Ensuite, passage par un confectionneur de cigare mais personne ne fume. Intéressante démonstration cependant. Nous voulions randonner le lendemain dans la belle campagne de Vinales et, naturellement, nous avons demandé a notre guide. Il n'a pas semblé intéressé. Je pense que ce circuit "a touriste" lui convenait bien. Nous avons organisé nous même (merçi MAP4ME). Journée a Cayo Levisa le lendemain (35CUC/pers en bus+bateau). Un problème de mouche piqueuse pour certaines d'entre nous. Sinon, c'et une belle plage avec des parasols et bains de soleil gratuit ou personne ne vient vous embêter... ah si, les pélicans : leur ballet aérien est gracieux et captivant! Le meilleur resto du séjour a Vinales : El Olivo, recommandé par le routard. Il faut y aller tôt. Carlos nous a conseillé le Campismo (ou qqchose comme ça). nous y sommes allés mais aucun prix sur la carte et nous n'avons pas compris la formule. Nous ne sommes pas restés. En tous cas, une des meilleure casa de notre séjour qui en comportait 8.

Nice rooms with a very nice garden. Since we were travelling with three small children they had all the space to play around. Good breakfast, good location, nice hosts!

We really liked our stay at Dany's house, the house is well located in the best street of Viñales, close to the bus stop, restaurants, bars... They are very kind and did a great and compelte breakfast to us every day!

The place is really in the center of Vinales. The street is quite busy, and nice to look at. The family is very welcoming. Breakfast and dinner were great. We had the room with three beds, which is a bit dark but comfortable.

We stayed 2 nights at Vinales in this Casa. The room is lovely and the family too. Really well located, as central of Vinales. Carlos can speak English which is cool for some people like us who does not speak well Spanish :) The breakfast was amazing and the fruits really fresh. Also Carlos booked a horse ridding tour for us. Unfortunaly, the guy charged us 10 CUC extra while we only did 3 hours. Carlos contacted him and gave us the money back while it was not his fault. We much appreciated what you have done for us, Carlos. I really hope the guys gave you back the 10 CUC because you should not pay for them.
