Francis & loretta are Husband Wife team, Senior Citizens, residing with their family in their ancestral villa of 2 floors. Each floor consisting 3 bedrooms ready for either Twin Sharing or Single occupancy. While they reside on the Ground floor all Guests occupy the first floor. Only FEMAlE Guests accepted. Our location is nicknamed by the British as the QUEEN of Suburbs. It is very near the Sea Face and the Carter Road Promenade which attracts plenty of foreigners. We are in this Hospitality business since 2008 and keep only lADY guests.. We have a ready Kitchen for self catering. Breakfast comprising of Milk, Muesli, Juice & Coffee or Tea is the only meal included in our rates. However guests can call for home delivery of lunch or Dinnerfrom many excellent eateries near by. We have a pickup laundry service that delivers to the door within 48 hours. Welcome to our 103 year old Portuguese-Indian Villa and enjoy yourstay in Mumbai near the sea face promenade.
