East Village - Small but Cozy!

Hi, my name is Delia. I have a clean and neat room in a cozy apartment in Manhattan. There's also an elevator in the building, (which is accessed by going up one flight of stairs). The building is monitored by cameras. I've lived in Manhattan practically all my life. I love to meet different people from all over. I love to travel, to go to broadway shows, and the movies. I would love to share some of my travel experiences with you! I recently retired as an office manager at a Radiologic School in a public hospital in the city. Please note: The room also has a ceiling fan, iron, hair blower, flat iron, DVD player, mirror, dresser and closet. I provide clean sheets and towels. THERE IS PlENTY OF HAND SANITIZERS, AND HAND SOAPS!! For those who are concerned about COVID 19 - I am fully vaccinated. I hope that you are as well. In order to ease guests of payment concerns, guests may pay balances via Paypal, Zelle, or cash upon arrival to the apartment. Check-in time is 11:00 am on weekends and 10:00 am on weekdays. Check-out time is 2:00 pm however, if we discuss ahead of time, I can be flexible with both times.... Just tell me what you need, and we can make it happen. I am flexible with cancellations and will issue refunds for early departures resulting in unused nights. This area is easy enough to walk to other neighborhoods such as Chelsea, China Town, Soho, Noho, West Village and if you like walking, even to midtown.

I stayed at Delia's house for a month, and without a doubt it was the best house and person I could have chosen, everyone who passes by her house will be very lucky to meet her, thank you very much for everything.

I recently stayed at a Homestay in New York City and had an amazing experience. The host was incredibly sweet, fun to chat with, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. The location was also great, with easy access to public transportation and many restaurants and shops nearby. I highly recommend this Homestay and would definitely stay there again in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at Delia's place. She is very nice, caring and generous. She made me feel welcome and safe. We had some very pleasant talks about everything. I hope I'll see her again. The place is clean, comfortable and also very well located to enjoy the city.

Delia is a wonderful, caring woman, It was the best decision I could have made for my first solo travel. I felt really comfortable and I loved the long talks about all the different subjects. I highly recommend her and I intend to come back soon :)

Staying at Delia's house was the best choice i made for my vacation: i felt comfortable, at ease, in One Word Happy. Delia Is a wonderful soul, She likes staying together but at the same time She Is strongly Independent and let people be free of they prefere stay by themselves. I passed a lot of time with her and we laughed a lot, we had dinner together, we went to museum... Etc. Delia Is super funny and kind and she's my friend now. I Hope i Will Meet her everywhere in the world.

Delia is a wonderful woman, super attentive and cheerful. Her house is very cozy, fragrant, bathroom and room very clean and comfortable. I loved staying at her house because the address for me was great to get to places. She helped me with everything I needed, always very helpful. In the morning she offered me coffee every day! The kitchen let me use and also store things in the fridge. I intend to come back because it was definitely the best choice I made on my trip.
