We are a family of four that live on the property in the main house. Alfie's Cottage is also on our property and is for our guest's use and has its own garden and stunning views of the mountains, winelands and nature reserve. We are less than 5 minutes from the entrance to the nature reserve and the oldest wine farms in the area, lourensford, Vergelegen and Morgenster. We are also only 45mins to 1 hour from Cape Town and around 15 minutes to Stellenbosch. Hermanus is also a 45 minute drive (all traffic dependent) so we are in a very central location from which to explore the Cape. Our guests love our cottage as they get the space and privacy they are wanting but have us on hand for any advice or tips on the area.
