We live in the vibrant and lively area of West Bridgford - the most sought after area in Nottingham! Our house is a beautiful 3 story property and our students are all based on the top floor - so you have the advantage of having a whole floor with a shared bathroom for use by our guests. We live on the main road with a bus stop right outside our house - the bus journey to the city centre takes just 7 minutes, making it very easy for our students to get out and about. We're a few minutes walk from the beautiful Trent Bridge where you can go for walks or for a jog along the river Trent. We're also a few minutes walk from the very trendy bars, restaurants and shops, as well as the local gym and library with a recording studio! If you're a cricket fan, we're a few minutes walk from the world famous Trent Bridge cricket ground and if you like football, our two local football team stadiums (Nottingham Forest Football Club and Nottingham County Football Club) are just a 5 minute walk away! We've had lots of students staying with us as we really enjoy meeting people from all cultures.

I stayed at Sarah’s when I first moved to Nottingham. Honestly, I couldn’t have picked a better house and host to help settle me into the city! Sarah and her family are incredibly welcoming and friendly, and made every effort to ensure I felt at home. It’s a really daunting experience to move somewhere completely new when you don’t know anyone, but I felt comfortable around the house and happy to be there! They are lovely, accommodating and caring people - with a beautiful house in a fantastic area. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone
