This is in a quite residential neighborhood. It's set in a beautiful fishing village , but near enough to go to the city, and colleges. It's is 15 minutes from Dublin airport. Close to all amenities, buses, trains, shop, cinema. This is my family home ,I have available , two single rooms , with one family bathroom. Electric shower, all mind cons .

Anne is so friendly and warm. She likes a good chat but she also does her own things, so you might not see her every day. She is very helpful and knows so many interesting things. Her house is beautiful and quiet. It was the best place to call home for six months. Thank you!

Anne is one of the best host I've ever had. The location is pretty good in Balbriggan: it's only 7 mins walk to train station, and it's close to supermarkets, library, cinema, and so on. The house is pretty and cosy. She's fun, caring, and helpful. I'm so grateful to have stayed at her place because I had a best start of life in Ireland thanks to her :D

I was living there for one month and a half and my experience was very pleasant. Anne is a wonderful lady, she is always willing to help you with anything you need and I always felt like if I was home. Without no doubt is the best option if you want to have a great stay in Balbriggan.

A lovely experience. The house is in perfect condition and excellently located. Anne is a wonderful host, attentive, respectful of her tenant's privacy and a good conversationalist. Fully recommended, I would repeat without a doubt.
