We are a very small family of two with an extra private room just for you! Our house locates in the south part of the city just in between down town and Angelópolis (one of the best neighborhoods around the city). With great location and transport connections the place is great to go almost anywhere around the city, even with public transport. Also you will have easy access to super markets, stores, movie theaters, fruit stores etc. as there are many of them around the area. The room: Completely furnished with one single bed, cabinets, desk and chair for computer work, bed sheets, laundry basket, and a little balcony for drying out clothes etc. Shared areas: -Bathroom -Kitchen (you have your own space in the fridge and can use the kitchen if you like) -Dinning room -laundry area (there's only washing machine) Internet, light, gas, water, laundry fee are included in the rent. As I said before, only my mom and I live in here so it's usually pretty calm around the house. We also have 3 dogs but they are calm and stay most of the time outside so you don't have to worry about them.
