I live in a townhouse,very close to the city centre and major tourist attractions. I am also an Artist and have qualifications in English language teaching, so can help people with their English. The house is sunny, with indoor outdoor living. I am independent and have hosted, many age groups, as I am open minded and enjoy to meet people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds.The homestay, mostly suits young independent friendly, active people. English language students are welcome and short term stays, where people are travelling, or relocating

Being at Rebecca's house was one of my best experiences. ·People who have only been in New Zealand for a short time. ·I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a short stay. I would especially recommend it to. ?good point? ???????????????(Rebecca is a very wonderful person.) ?????????????????????????????CV?????????????? ???????????????????? ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? I was here on a working holiday and needed to sign a mobile phone contract and submit a CV for a job. She was willing to assist me. She also showed me around the nearest shopping malls and the City and took me to the gym. ???????(A good sense of distance) ?????????????????????????????? They also enjoy good conversation and are always free to spend time with you. ???(Cheap rates.) ???????????????? I appreciate the low fees. ???(location) ??????????????15?? ?????????????·???(Barrington shopping center)??5?? (???????????????????????????????) ????????????????????? 15 minutes by bicycle to City Central. 5 minutes to the nearest shopping mall/library (Barrington shopping centre). (She has the bicycle, but I customised it for her lol). The security situation is neither good nor bad in the area. ??????(Comfortable rooms) ???????????????????????????? ?????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????? The rooms are spacious enough and the beds are soft and large. You are also allowed to use common items such as condiments and paper. The large courtyard and garage make it easy to dry clothes in the rain. Hygiene was a bit of a concern, but only if you are not a nervous person. Wi-Fi?????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????Wi-Fi???????????????? ?????????????????????????????????????? The only disappointment was that Wi-Fi was not a free plan, but otherwise the stay was comfortable. I dealt with this by going to the library and using the Wi-Fi. However, she is available for advice and I am sure she will improve in the near future.

My stay with Rebecca was very pleasant. Having just arrived in New Zealand, she showed me some nice places in christchurch and helped me in my administrative steps. I am very grateful to her. We spent hours talking about various and interesting subjects. A great first homestay experience that I highly recommend.

The flat was clean and close to the center of the city. The host was thoughtful and she always offers some help, if needed. I would recommend staying there if you are visiting Christchurch!

Thanks to Renecca, I was able to get used to Christchurch easily where I had never been before. She was so nice, and kind to me. I could learn many things from here. That a relief for me to start my Newzealand life from here. I Highly recommend you to stay here!!!

The house is very warm and cosy, and the facilities in the room are perfect. In the living room you can enjoy the tranquility and leisure of the night with the fish. Beckey is very nice and friendly. I really enjoy living here.
