We are currently interested in hosting, internationals individuals who are coming to Nairobi for Research, Students on projects, Christian Missionaries, individuals on official duties and who would like a homestay environment. We will offer a 5% discount to visitors staying for a week & 15% discount to visitors staying for a month. We will pick you up from the airport and bring you to our home for no extra charge and also to ease your sense of arriving in a foreign city. Our home is quiet and cozy. Situated in a very secure area with 24hrs security. There is hot water at all times, wireless internet & TV. We offer laundry services (for outerwear) at a agreeable charge. We are Christians and always grateful to host people. We value the many opportunities that hosting avails our way. We love learning & interacting with diverse cultures. We thrive in ensuring that our guests feel at home. Am an ICT professional working in a banking industry, my daughter is a medical student at the university of Nairobi, my husband is a businessman. We also run a farm where we do dairy farming and we also grow hay, Nappier Grass, Desmondium etc. We like Hiking and mountain climbing during our free times, I have personally climbed Mount Kenya and currently looking forward to climb Mount Kilimanjaro. We travel quite a lot, we have visited countries like Scotland, london, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Nigeria, Rwanda, Belgium, Netherlands etc both professionally and for holidays. We play Chess, Scrabble and cards especially after breakfast during our holidays or weekends, We Swim & love home cooking competition just exploring on different foods and skills. We cook pilau, chapatti, fish in the Kenyan way but we also love exploring on how to cook cuisine from different regions, currently exploring cuisine from the Mediterranean region. We would love to go vegetarian. We endeavour to cater for special diets. We love watching movies and we do a lot of therapy by window shopping in the malls when we have time. We have a house Manager who keep our house sparkling clean. In church we belong to Prison ministry. We love visiting those in prison just so as to encourage the inmates by sharing the Good News. We also endeavour to support those who are less fortunate within our society. We currently have a student we support in school whose parents could not afford school fees but who is very bright, he is currently in form four and we look forward to having another one on board next year.
