The house is situated on a quiet street in the middle of native bush full of exciting scenic walks, birdlife, and an access to a secluded beach. Combination of easy access to Auckland CBD attractions, local Highbury shopping area full of eateries, park walks and swimming pool on the property strikes a perfect balance for active and enjoyable stay. Ground level guest suit with entrance through the main hall area of the building. The suit is fully private and consists of lounge, double bedroom, shower and toilet. Generous size lounge room with dining area, two sofas, large screen TV (Chromecast + Netflix included), and facilities for light meal preparation. larger sofa can comfortably sleep an adult. Smaller sofa can offer a cozy sleep to a kid up to 7-8 years of age. Direct access to outdoor seating area for afternoon sun and quality pool time. Well-presented bedroom with queen size bed, bedside tables and a drawer. Access to the bush side deck sitting area for morning coffee and never-ending birdlife. Private bathroom and separate toilet for exclusive use. Free unlimited Wi-Fi. Free off-street parking. Access to shared kitchen for those cooking enthusiasts. We have all the gear you need, starting from mixers, steamers, waffle makers electric meat grinders and finishing with multifunction oven, automatic coffee machine and Sous Vide unit. Full access to shared laundry facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, clothesline, iron/ironing board. Access to swimming pool is free but at your own risk, children must be closely supervised. Access to full size BBQ unit available on request. A transfer from/to airport can be arranged for an additional fee. Milk, cereals, toast bread, spread/jam, tea and coffee are included. Please advise us on a particular dietary requirements/preferences, we'll do our best to accommodate them. Smoking: please note, smoking is not permitted indoor but a designated smoking area is set outdoor. Main entrance into the building is equipped with electronic lock, you will be given an access code.
