Furnished room suitable for students. $336 rent per week includes utilities (gas, water) including internet, during (Dec- Mar) $392 per week. Funds to be deposited into PAYPAl bank account. Details provided when actual booking has been made not before. Payment MUST be cleared before arrival, if funds are not cleared there is NO STAY (NON-NEGOTIABlE). $20 EXTRA per wash - washing/drying clothes, MUST BE paid prior to washing. $50 EXTRA per week 4 night dinners Mon-Thu eating vegetarian/vegan (plant) based dinners. STRICTlY NO COOKING/EATING of any ANIMAl MEAT. If this doesn't suit you, this is not the house for you, do not register for accommodation. Private entry shared toilet and shower with other students, clean up after yourself. House located in quiet safe location with off street parking. 10 minute walk to Kingsgrove station, 5 minutes walk to main bus stop with direct bus to the City (Bus 423), , Burwood (415) UTS(412), USYD (Bus 423/412), Hurstville/Campsie (492/490), Roselands (Bus 446). 2 minute drive to M5 exit. I provide: light Breakfast, Sheets/Bedding , Bed, Study Table, Clothes hanger, Ample Storage for clothes, Tv in room. Cleaning/washing (you wash your own clothes $20, facilities at house. NB: Cancellation will incur 30% deduction of one week rent should you cancel in that week.
