A large yard with views of the city, plenty of parking and walking distance to stores and the Expo line train to USC, downtown and the beach. Close to Culver City, Beverly Hills and lAX. We are a quiet, professional couple and have hosted people from Switzerland, Mexico, Italy, Uruguay, Germany, Korea, and many other places. Rent is MONTH TO MONTH and includes all utilities and wifi. There is a washer and dryer and you will also have limited access to the kitchen. Our home is a non-smoking, non-drinking and drug -free environment. No pets or overnight guests allowed.
