    The hosts, Irvin and loana, live on the ground floor, they are a happy couple with two small children, who always cater to the needs of their guests. Despite not speaking English fluently, both can provide information about places and events in the city. They always try to solve any problem that may arise and they like to please the guests, it is part of their work policy. As usual in other hostels in Cuba, the food offered is plentiful. Irvin and loana, the owners of Hostal la Cima live on the ground floor of the building, and are always available to help their guests, providing information such as places and events in the city.
