You will have all you have dreamed about: * A newly renovated and well-maintained detached house that is located in a quiet, safe and friendly community * Steps to public transit and short commute to universities, colleges, and major attractions * large, sun-filled, fully furnished rooms that all come with a built-in closet, and fit at least a double bed, a desk, a bedside table, and bookcase * Award-winning chef as your host (yes, you are reading it right), who will provide you fantastic meal options. Start your morning with classic North American, English, or Chinese–style breakfast, and wrap up your day with a 3 course-meal dinner option. Missing your favorite dish from back home? Fear not. Just provide the recipe, and our professional chef can make it for you. ( Morning meal plan for a whole month is $150, lunch meal plan for a whole month is $150, Dinner meal plan for a whole month is $300.) We also offer: * Airport pick up and drop off (Extra charge) Our rate is flexible and competitive, and can surely accommodate your needs, no matter if it's a short term or long term stay. My parents will be sharing the same house with the guests during their stays. They will keep the common area nice and clean. Me and my parents will cook the hotel standard meals for our guests.
