We are situated 5 minute walk to Warwick School and Kings High Schools. We specialise in providing accommodation for younger people at college, university or undertaking internships. Naomi and I have full DBS checks are experienced host in providing accommodation for young people. Our 6 bedroom home is situated between leamington Spa and Warwick. We are close to bus routes for Warwick University and also Warwickshire College. We can accommodate up to three people in separate rooms. We are a family of 5 (young people aged 22, 25, 27,) our youngest is currently gaining a Masters at Sheffield University. James our middle sibling works in london at the Bank of England and Emma our eldest also lives with us and she is a lawyer working in Birmingham. We have hosted students and young people for many years, including those from UK, Japan, China, Korea, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Spain and France. Please feel free to ask any questions.

Graham and Naomi's family welcomed me with remarkable kindness! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel right at home. Their hospitality and generosity were extraordinary: not only did they give me a warm welcome, but they also accompanied me wherever I needed to go. Their spacious and charming house is a real haven of peace. I couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. I would highly recommend their home to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable environment. Many thanks to Graham and Naomi for making my stay so enjoyable!

Graham, Naomi and their family are very kind-hearted people and amazing hosts. They constantly made me feel at home and welcomed in their family. They further helped me moving around by taking me wherever I needed to go, and in general provided me with help whenever they could. Located at short distance from the University of Warwick and several colleges, their lovely and spacious house is the ideal and perfect place for any student to live in.
