As homeowners, Jean Paul and I are both friendly, open and sociable, but also appreciate guest's time and space. On the day of your arrival, we will be here to open and the door and greet youâ€”no key box or impersonal check-in. All our guest are welcome to chat and ask anything about leeds and our area. We can recommend restaurants to our guests. Do not hesitate to ask info as we are more than happy to help and make your stay a bit more special. Neighbourhood overview The house is part of a new development. The neighbourhood is friendly, multicultural, and residential. Positioned between other popular suburbs, Seacroft is one of the best-connected parts of the city. It also has nearby food outlets and amenities that would cater to various tastes.

Chris and JP are very friendly and supportive. The house is spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is really good and varied. I had a comfortable stay and it was beautiful to meet such good people! Thank you Chris and JP for the stay. Un placer conocerlos!

Chris et JP sont des hôtes adorables et soucieux du bien-être de leurs invités. De nombreuses discussions intéressantes. La chambre est spacieuse, le lit confortable et le voisinage calme. La propreté est impeccable et la nourriture est délicieuse. Chris et JP ont toujours les bons conseils pour les transports, les visites ou les restaurants à Leeds, et ont même de très bonnes astuces pour les visites dans tous le Royaume-Uni. Un séjour au delà de mes attentes qui me laissera de très bons souvenirs.

It was my first time in the UK and I am very lucky that Chris and his husband, J.P.are first people that I met here. They are truly the host family, I felt myself like at home. Cause they gave me many useful advises about Leeds and not only. I am really thankful for them. Delicious dinners accompanied by interesting conversations on various topics made us closer and they are going to stay as first happy memories about Leeds with me. Obviously I’ll recommend them to my friends, cause they Chris and his husband very open minded and hospitable. Thank you for all!
