Colonial house built in 1912 is located near Parque Céspedes, Casa de la Trova, Casa de la Música, Hotel Casa Granda and various interests such as the Emilio Bacardí Museum, the Carnival Museum, Diego Velásquez among others. It has three rooms, several rooms, but only two for tourists, kitchen and dining room; patio with orchids, ferns and shade of grapes for your snacks, dinners, talks or enjoy a delicious and pure Cuban coffee. There is abundant water. The two rooms for tourists have a double and personal bed, air conditioning, fan, night lamp, large mirror and hanger, refrigerator, private bathroom with hot and cold water.
