I have a lovely single room to rent in a spacious three bedroom house. The house is located very close to Hertfordshire university giving you the opportunity to meet new students. The Rent includes: Council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV license, broadband and cleaner for the communal areas. Administration fee is not necessary. One month rent and deposit to be paid in advance. Single occupancy only. The House: Clean and modern with fitted kitchen and breakfast area, contemporary bathroom, downstairs toilet plus garden to rear. The Room: located at the front of the property overlooking the small front garden. The room has a desk fitted and can fit a single bed. There is fitted in storage in the room. Parking: there is ample parking outside of the house. location: fifteen minutes walk to Asda Super store and the town centre, 20 minutes walk to the Galleria shopping centre and bus stops, roughly 25 minute walk to both university campuses or 5 minute drive. The area is pleasant, quiet and a short distance from various fitness and sports facilities. The room would suit a professional or an ideal space for a university student. The property is located a few minutes from Hertfordshire University.
