We have 2 story 300 QM house in the city central. less than 15 min to all historical sites and it is situated in a modern, clean and quiet neighborhood. The house is newly painted and it is furnished with high quality furnitures. We live downstairs and the entire upper stair is for guests . It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 restroom, a 30 QM kitchen with radiant grill, refrigerator, cooling facility. I can be your tour guide if you wanted, I know English and German. My name is Ghasem. A Mechatronics engineer from Malaysia doing freelance factory automation projects and tour guiding. I was in Malaysia for 7 consecutive years. Once I came back to Iran, I felt foreign to my own culture, so I am trying to make a safe and joyful experience for you and good friends for myself.
