My stay at Jen’s place was the perfect experience for a solo traveller to New York. The accommodation itself is comfortable and spacious (the room is far bigger than most of my friends’ places in the city), and the apartment is well positioned to reach all of Manhattan as well as Brooklyn. Jen as a host was wonderful too, with the ideal level of involvement. I was there over the holidays and new year, and was made to feel very welcome throughout all the celebrations. WiFi, bathroom, kitchen etc. is all as described, and the laundry room is very simple and reasonable (around $3 for a wash and dry). Loved my visit, and I already hope to stay again some day!
