Our place is within the corporation limit but in a peaceful location away from the noise of the city center. City center and most of the tourist spots are within a 4-6 km radius. One of the main bus station namely Mattuthavani bus stand is at about 3 km. Our home is a reasonably spacious duplex model bungalow with 5 bedrooms, a large common living hall etc. Both the listings are in the same premises. The first listing "Spacious home in Madurai" comes with a spacious A/C room with a big bathroom and an attached small private living room. This room is in the first floor, with a private entrance too - a short spiral easy to climb staircase. Bedroom is provided with a queen size bed, sofas, closet, fan etc. Bathroom with toilet papers shower, western toilet, 24 hours water supply etc. If there are 3 guests, adjacent smaller room with a single cot and bed can be provided for additional payment. The living room has a divan, cushions, TV and a bay window overlooking a calm street. A small dinning room with a kitchenette are also available for the guests. The other room " A Comfortable room" is a smaller room with a queen size bed, laptop friendly table, chair, closet, hanger and en suite bathroom. This is a non AC room and can accommodate 2 guests. It is in the ground floor. Generally, male guests are not preferred for "A Comfortable room". However couples are welcome. We live in the same premises and hence can offer you any guidance if required. Hospitals, temples, restaurants both veg and non-veg, departmental stores, swimming pool, banks, ATMs etc are available at walking distance. Bus stop and auto stand (tuc-tuc) is at 2-3 minutes walk. Cabs are available any time of the day and night. Buses ply very frequently and reaches all parts of the city. I was an officer with a nationalized bank and have resigned the same a few years back. I am an Acupuncturist too. I used to read a lot earlier and paint pictures but hardly find time now! I love meeting people. I like to listen more than talking!! We speak Tamil and English fluently.
