Hello, my name is Melinda originally from New York!! I live with my dog named Roy who only like kids, females and his ball. We have a a single room (double bed) w/AC/heating leading on to the patio (can smoke on the patio). There is a desk, printer, private bathroom with wifi, adsl cable and use of the kitchen (dishwasher, washer&dryer) and living room. All utilities included but please do not overdue it. We live very central. One minute walk to metro or bus, in the neighborhood you can find cafes, restaurants, markets, supermarkets, bakeries, parks, and a 15 minute walk to the beach. We are very relaxed and are here to help you with anything you need. I work from home so I will be available most of the time.. No partying or guest allowed without permission. Alarm in apartment as well. PlEASE HAVE A PROFIlE UP SO THAT I CAN SEE WHO I AM SPEAKING WITH! Thank you! "STUDENTS ONlY"

Melinda is adorable I got along very well with Melinda, her son and Roy (the dog). I thank them for making my Erasmus experience even better. Important point, the apartment is super clean and it was really nice I hope to go back soon!

Melinda is an empathetic, kind and caring person. I spent three months with her and Roy, a dog as nice as her. My room was very comfortable. It will remain a great memory and I hope to have the chance to see her again!

Melindas apartment is a really nice place to stay, especially if you prefer living in the centre of the Barcelona. It's a big and really comfy apartment and on top Melinda and her son are so kind and have great personalities. I really enjoyed my stay at their place!
