Hi, I'm Patrick. My family is formed by my parents, my brother, my sister-in-law and my nephew. With pleasure I will be your host and occasionally the others. Our apartment is located in the city of Quito near the Metropolitan and la Carolina parks and Quicentro, Granados Outlet, Iñaquito, United Nations and Caracol shopping centers, in most of which there are food courtyards, cinemas, bookstores. One bedroom has a double bed and its private bathroom. Two bedrooms have a single bed each one and shared bathroom. In addition, we have two living rooms, dining room, kitchen, terrace and garden. From one of the rooms there is a great partial view of the city. Nearby are bus stations and Eco-way stations that take you to the colonial center in 25 minutes and to the tourist district (la Mariscal) in 15 minutes. Two blocks away there is a supermarket, bank, ATMs, fast food outlets, gyms, pharmacies, bakeries, laundries, hairdressers. Eight and ten blocks away are several bars, cafes and restaurants. We can help you get transportation in and out of Quito, sightseeing tours, Spanish classes. It is located on the second floor, access is via stairs, there is no lift or ramp. The room rate includes: regular room cleaning, light breakfast, kitchen's use, laundry's use, classic television and internet access.
