We arrived exhausted to Havana on the 2nd of November to be met at the airport by Mileydis's daughter Yimia who had perfect English. Yimia was very friendly and welcomed us to her beautiful home. When we arrived we were met by Mileydis and her husband. We were shown to a beautiful room where we had a great sleep. The next morning we were treated to a wonderful Cuban breakfast and we chatted with Yimia and her family about life in Cuba. After breakfast Yimia took us on a tour of the city, pointing out the many interesting sites while filling us in on the history of Havana and Cuba. We had a wonderful day. We were going that night on a cruise but were returning with the cruise a week later for two days to Havana. We met up again with Yimia the following week and we toured with Yimia . We were brought to places we would not have seen. It was the best experience we have ever had on holiday and we hope to go back someday to stay with Mileydis and her wonderful family again. We would like to thank you so much for all your kindness during our stay in Havana and cant wait to meet you again. We would highly recommend this homestay.

Thank you for the lovely stay. The daughter from the family picked us up from the airport and helped us with the further organisation of our trip. Everything worked out perfectly. Her English is very good and the whole family is very nice. The location of the casa is close to the centre. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for the good coffee and cake.
