Features of the house The house is located in the intermediate area between Parque Céspedes and Plaza de Marte, four blocks from both. It is a very central place in the historic area of the city, which allows easy access by your own means to the main sites of historical and/or cultural interest, entertainment, and the largest commercial area of the city. The house is made of masonry with a concrete slab cover. The room is located on the second floor, with large windows, private bathroom, hot water, air conditioning, fan, chest of drawers and closet, guests can select between two personal beds or one double bed or occupy both rooms with a common bathroom . In addition, they have a partially covered terrace overlooking the street and decorated with natural plants, they have a refrigerator for your private use. High privacy, since the second floor of the house will be inhabited only by guests, there are no common areas with the inhabitants of the house. Illuminated spaces, day and night, doors and windows with security, fresh air in all rooms. We do not have pets or children in the house. The inhabitants of the house are a married couple of more than 70 years of age who avoid everything that could disturb the guests during their stay. We receive and install guests regardless of the time they arrive in the city. We can communicate with guests in the English language and provide help in all their needs and interests. If the guests wish, we can send them detailed information about the house, the places of historical and cultural interest, contact with nature and fun that the city and its surroundings present. Hostel's Characterises: We are located in downtown between Parque Céspedes (Céspedes Park) and Plaza de Marte (Marte square) four blocks away from both, the guests can visit by themselves, because they are very close, the main places with historic and cultural interest, for fun and a widest commercial area in the city, Masonry house, concrete roof, private bathroom, hot water, air conditioning, fan, closet. The bedroom is upstairs, bright rooms, wide and safe windows, fresh air. The guests can choose between two personal beds or double-bed, there's a half roof terrace with sight to the street decorated with natural plants where the foods are served and a private fridge. High privacy because the guest is going to be alone upstairs. There are not common zones with us. We have neither pets nor children. We are a couple that avoids disturbing the guests. We can inform the guests in English, and we use to help the guests each and every one all their needs
