The house offers everything to make your stay comfortable. Separate entrance, furnished rooms, unlimited WIFI, parking space, fridge, microwave, TV,Gas. located very near to Bapu bazaar, Museum ,Birla Mandir & SMS Stadium. Surrounded by Famous restaurants Reply, Courtyard, Doorbein, Kafka etc. Best for Solo travelers, Business personnel, Family, Group, Couples, Citizens of different countries The space We love our place for its location, privacy, greenery, safety, accessibility and peaceful environment. Why our place: 1.)BEST lOCATION. located 5 mins from the Birla Mandir. It is easily accessible to all restaurants and pubs, offices, malls, theaters, garden, highway, city center, and tourist places. Famous Janta store at walking distance for ATMs, Rickshaws, Grocery stores, laundry shops, Doctors, Medical stores is located just across the street. Uber cars, OlA Taxi are easily available for commuting. 2.)Feel like home. Can prepare your own BREAKFAST which includes sweet to savory Indian dishes like Poha, Parathas, Bread- Omelette etc. plus coffee or tea. You can also order authentic veg and non-veg meals within 15-20 min.from famous Kebab & curries, Tandoori Nights etc. 3.)SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD. The house is located in a safe, quiet residential area which is well guarded. We are a family of 5 staying side to side..Me as a software Engineer, wife as an HR Manager, Mother Housewife, Father running English Institute at premises itself & a 4-year-old Kid. My parents are available 24 hours. Being a socially active family we have good relations with our neighbors and who can help whenever needed. Jaipur is very safe for solo travelers. However, we still advise women solo travelers to not to extend their day beyond 9:00 pm. Also, we have are separate Girls PG too with limited seats at 1st Floor from last 10 years. (Very near to Gandhi Nagar police station in case of emergency) 4.)PEACEFUl AND NATURAl surroundings. The bungalow is surrounded from all sides with big trees which keeps the air fresh and maintain cooler temperatures. We have grown many fruit trees because of which many types of chirping birds are our daily visitors. We have beautiful gardening for our guests. The rooms are well ventilated by multiple windows. At the end of a tiresome day, you can unwind by having a cup of tea/coffee or take a stroll to nearby places like Skyfall Replay or Kafka the lunge. Also Jogging and Children's park at a walkable distance. You can even visit leopard Park (for observing beautiful deer & leopards), Birla Mandir etc. 5.)ClEANlINESS & PEST FREE rooms. Entire space is cleaned daily by our maid. Fresh towels every 2 days. Fresh linens for every new guest otherwise every week for continued guests. 6.)KITCHEN. It is a semi-equipped kitchen with Microwave, Refrigerator, Crockery. If you are short on time or want to try different cuisines you can order online doorstep food using Kabab & Curries, Tandoori Nights or walk-in to Janta store circle as per your taste. Tiffin service is also available for those who wish to stay longer. 7.) Dish TV& UNlIMITED WiFi. We provide WiFi & Dish TV facility. 8.) FURNISHED ROOMS to keep your belongings well organized, we provide 1 lock cupboards, workspaces are also provided in each room. 9.) PARKING SPACE just outside the bungalow. Guest access The listing is fully private, however, we have some common spaces. Hall /living room is a common space. Guest interaction We are a family of 5 living on the lower floor of our bungalow. We are an open-minded family and we love to meet people and have great conversations. However, we prefer to give privacy to our guests. Getting around For commuting, Uber, OlA cabs are easily available. Auto rickshaws and local transport buses are just across the street. Buses have an hourly frequency going to and fro from the center of the city. Other things to note Amenity limitations: The kitchen is semi-equipped for small cooking and short-term stays only. We do not provide the Gas stove for safety reasons. We HAVE DOG AT HOME. Space is infant friendly and disabled friendly. Parking space only for 2 four vehicles. Breakfast time - 8:00- 12:00 am only. We allow luggage layover, however, we advise to follow our check-in and check-out for everybody's convenience. We do not charge additionally for cleaning which means guests are expected to keep the kitchen clean. No Inverter in case electricity is not available, we provide Electric lamp. Since the bungalow is surrounded by trees, rooms may have mosquitoes. But we also provide a repellent. Indian couples have to produce valid ID.
