Casa la Realidad is a B&B dedicated to the arts in Cuba. We have WIFI, breakfast, transfer and laundry services. All rooms have climate control, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, minibar, safe, and the suites also have a terrace with city views. It is located in Vedado, a few meters from Avenida 23, lennon Park and FAC, surrounded by bars, restaurants, cafes, banks, cinemas, theaters and galleries. It is a building from 1910, restored with an eclectic style, decorated with artisanal, themed decorations, and with tropical furniture of Havana identity. We share our house with guests to provide a warm experience close to our culture and traditions. We are available to guests Adriana and Alina, to satisfy any need or to respond to any recommendation. Guests can request breakfast, transfer, washing and drying clothes, upon prior agreement. They have free access to the TV room, the WIFI connection and the dining room with a bar in the common areas.

I do not think I can make justice in this review to this amazing place, but here it goes. I am not a connoisseur of the Spanish colonial architecture, but I would say that ‘La Realidad’ house is from or on the style of that period. The ample space with interior decoration I thought was masterfully done. The very white walls are beautifully complemented with the amazing decoration of the rooms and with the addition of unique lamps, colourful light switches. I loved all the doors and wanted to take one back home! For me the perfect house, a house that feel like a home, not only for a short stay but for long to permanent residence! I wish I could take it and put in central London for me to live in!! But the stay is not only architecture. Our host: a wonderful and caring person who allowed me to feel totally relaxed, at ease and to enjoy the place. I never felt I was not but a permanent resident of the house. Extremely grateful that the place and host allowed my visit to Havana go beyond all my expectations. Not to mention the company of the others guests I was lucky to share the experience with. El alojamiento, perfecto, la ubicación , todo maravilloso. Y de Adriana , del 1 al 10 , pues un 20 . A mis hijos y a mi , nos ha llegado al alma , su atención ha sido extraordinaria. Nos explicó perfectamente dónde podíamos ir y como movernos , no solo por la Havana , tb por el resto del país Graciassssss Adriana , por tus cafés tan rebuenos y nuestras charlas tan agradables . Volveré a Cuba y por supuesto a tu casa .

We only stayed for one night but it was a great final night in Cuba! The house is so beautiful and the room was very clean and comfortable. Adriana was so welcoming and interesting to chat to and recommended some great places to go. Thank you so much

We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Adriana! She is one of the most accommodating, caring and kind hosts we have ever stayed with! She helped us with valuable tips and was very supportive in our further vacation planning in Cuba. She also showed us many very great bars and locations in Havana. Apart from her great character, her accommodation was also very nice! It was clean and very nicely furnished with a beautiful balcony overlooking Havana. We would recommend anyone who comes to Havana , to stay with Adriana, because you are very well taken care of here.

Adrianna was so friendly and helpful, I highly recommend staying here! Adrianna helped us to organise taxis and day trips and gave great recommendations of places to go for food and drinks. Her house was lovely; the rooms were spotlessly clean, very safe and well air conditioned. We had a great stay here :)

Brilliant host. Beautiful house with air con, showers and very clean. Adriana made our time in Havana so easy, She was always there to help in anyway she could and is a lovely person. Highly recommend this casa.

Adriana ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die uns sehr weitergeholfen hat. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Umgebung mit einigen Restaurants in Gehdistanz.

Amazing host! So friendly and she speaks spanisch and englisch. The room is beautiful. Walk to old town is 45 min but new town is really Nice and relaxing. We would stay here again.
